Important Information Before Booking
Appointment & Deposit Policy

 💳 Deposits:

  • Pre-Booking Appointments: A $25 deposit is required to confirm all appointments in advance.

  • For Services Over $300: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Confirmation: Once we receive your deposit, our team will update your appointment status within 24 hours.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Same-Day Bookings: If booked within 24 hours, please give at least 4 hours’ notice.

🚫 No-Shows & Missed Appointments:

  • No-Show Fee: A $100 fee will be added to your profile for missed appointments or no-shows. This must be settled before booking any future appointments.

  • Respect for Time: Last-minute gaps affect both our team and other clients waiting for services—thank you for understanding.

⏰ Late Arrivals:

  • On-Time Arrival = Full Experience: Please be on time to receive the full quality of your service.

  • 15-Minute Grace Period: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to stay on track for the day.

Client Communication Process at Marcia's Looks

Appointment Changes:
You’ll receive an SMS notification if any changes are made to your appointment.

Pre-Appointment Waiver:
An SMS will be sent one hour before your appointment to remind you to complete the waiver.

Drinks & Snacks Service:
Thirty minutes after your appointment begins, you’ll receive an SMS to order your favorite drink and snack.

Aftercare Instructions:
Three hours into your appointment, you’ll receive an SMS with personalized aftercare tips for your hair.

Review Request:
Twenty-four hours after your appointment, you’ll get an SMS inviting you to leave a review. Completing it comes with a $25 reward for your next visit!

Feedback Survey:
Three days post-appointment, an email will be sent for you to share feedback through a survey about your experience.
