Welcome to Marcia’s Looks Salon, Orlando’s premier destination for luxury hair and beauty services. By booking an appointment, making a purchase, or engaging in a consultation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We kindly ask that you read this document carefully to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all.

1. Appointments & Consultations

  • Consultations: While consultations are valued at $100, we proudly offer them complimentary to ensure you receive personalized recommendations, especially for hair extensions, advanced color services, and transformative treatments.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to reserve any service. For services exceeding three hours or $300—including hair extensions and color corrections—a 50% deposit is required. All deposits are applied to your final balance.

  • Cancellations: We respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. For same-day appointments, a four-hour notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit, and future appointments must be prepaid at the service’s starting price.

  • All prices on the system are referred to as “The Starting Price“; the final price will be discussed during your complimentary consultation or before the service begins.

  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend an appointment, with or without notice, will forfeit their deposit and be required to prepay future services in full (based on the starting price).

  • Stylist Preferences: While we do our best to accommodate stylist requests, please note that the availability of specific stylists is not guaranteed. All services are provided by highly trained, licensed professionals committed to delivering exceptional results.

2. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your appointment to respect the time of other clients. In such cases, a partial or full service fee may still apply.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment options including AfterPay, Affirm, and PayPal Credit.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Your final price will be confirmed during consultation or prior to the start of your service.

  • Duration Times are estimates and not guaranteed; some primary services or big transformations may require more than one appointment to be completed.

  • Gratuities are not included in service pricing and are warmly appreciated.

4. Refunds & Satisfaction (NO CASH Policy)

  • Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final.

  • If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a correction service with the original stylist, as appropriate. No monetary refunds will be issued.

  • Hair extensions are non-refundable once installed. For retail hair, unopened and unused products may be eligible for in-store credit only.

5. Hair Extensions and Color Disclaimer

  • Hair extension services are final once installed. We do not guarantee results if you do not follow our recommended maintenance and product care guidelines.

  • Color results may vary depending on hair condition. A strand test is available upon request.

6. Health & Safety

For the safety and well-being of our clients and team, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying signs of illness, hygiene concerns, or inappropriate behavior.
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

7. Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment:

  • Children under 12 must be supervised at all times and may not enter service areas unless they are receiving a service.

  • We kindly ask that you limit additional guests to essential companions only.

8. Promotions, Loyalty, & Discounts

  • Discounts such as loyalty rewards, referral bonuses, and first responder offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Promotions are limited-time offers and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

9. Privacy & Photo/Video Consent

  • We deeply value your privacy. Client information is confidential and will never be shared or sold.

  • By receiving services at Marcia’s Looks Salon, you grant us permission to use photos or videos taken during your visit for promotional use, including on social media and marketing platforms.
    If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify your stylist before your service begins. If a photo or video is posted before an opt-out is requested, it will remain published.

10. Legal Compliance

These policies are compliant with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) and all relevant state consumer protection laws. Marcia’s Looks Salon is committed to ethical, transparent, and professional service at all times.
