1. What is the rental cost for a chair or suite at Marcia’s Looks?
We offer competitive rates starting at $150 per week for a chair and $250 per week for a suite. We also provide a 50% discount on your first month’s rent to help you settle in.
2. What amenities are included with my rental?
Your rental includes access to free laundry service, towels, capes, and robes, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and complimentary drinks and snacks for your clients. You’ll also have access to brand new installations, furniture, equipment, and tools.
3. What payment methods are available for my clients?
We offer a variety of payment options, including POS systems, Affirm, AfterPay, and PayPal Credit. The corresponding fees for these services will be charged to each Associate.
4. Can I take time off without paying rent?
Yes! We offer two weeks of no rent for vacation each year and four weeks of no rent for maternity leave to ensure you have the flexibility you need.
5. Am I allowed to sell my own retail products?
Yes, you can sell your own retail products. However, there are some restrictions in place to ensure a smooth operation, so please check with us for specific guidelines.
6. Will I have control over my own schedule and clients?
Absolutely! As an independent Associate, you have complete control over your schedule, clients, and pricing. You also maintain full rights to your social media and branding.
7. Is parking available for my clients?
Yes, we provide valet parking for your clients on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, ensuring they have a seamless experience when visiting the salon.
8. What support do you offer for marketing and promotion?
We provide marketing support to help you promote your services and grow your client base. When we feature your work on our social media, we make sure to give you full credit.
9. Do I need to bring my own products or tools?
We offer a variety of products by the ounce or unit on-site, making it easy to access what you need. We also provide the latest tools and equipment, but you’re welcome to use your own if you prefer.
