Your Time is Important
Please be on time!
We’ve reserved enough time to complete your service.
If you arrive late, we may need to reduce your service time to stay on schedule, as other customers deserve the same respect.
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Rescheduling or Cancellations
Changes to appointments are allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend or incur a no-show, you will be charged the starting price for the booked service on the card on file.

Complimentary Consultation Policy
We offer complimentary consultations valued at $100 for 30 minutes to new customers.
However, the no-strike policy will apply if you fail to attend your consultation.

Deposit Requirement
A $25 deposit is required for all appointments.
This privilege will be revoked if you fail to attend (no-show).
For future appointments, the full price must be paid upfront for approval.

NO STRIKE POLICY
If you fail to attend an appointment, you will be required to pay the full starting price upfront before your next appointment can be approved.
