Aspiring Talent Program
At Marcia’s Looks, we’re committed to nurturing new talent. Our structured growth program helps recently graduated stylists advance through four levels of expertise:
- Six-Month Assistant: Gain hands-on experience while learning from our master stylists.
- One-Year Stylist: Hone your skills, build your confidence, and build your clientele.
- One-Year Master Stylist: Elevate your craft with advanced techniques and gain leadership experience.
- Elite Stylist/Educator: Become a recognized educator and industry leader, sharing your expertise with others.
Stylist Opportunities
We offer multiple ways to join our salon based on your professional goals:
50/50 Commission-Based Stylist
Focus on doing what you love—creating beautiful looks—while we handle marketing, tools, and support. You’ll earn a 50% commission on services and enjoy access to premium salon perks.
Chair, Bed, or Suite Rentals
Looking for flexibility and independence? Rent a chair, esthetician bed, or even an entire suite at Marcia’s Looks. Enjoy the freedom of being your boss with the bonus of working in a high-end, fully equipped salon environment.
- Beds Start at $150/week
- Chairs start at $150/week
- Suites starting at $250/week
