Realmente la experiencia y resultados de haber ido a este sitio fue decepcionante, desde el primer día que fui a la evolución el esposo de la dueña , tuvo una actitud agresiva , 2 quizás por falta de comunicación se presentaron algún inconveniente y después de mediar continue con el proceso , Durante la aplicación, todo estuvo bien, le pedí una técnica en específico que era la menos agresiva para mi cabello al parecer no era tan común realizarle en cabello ,antes de hacerlo me dijeron que la durabilidad sería de 1 a 2 meses aproximadamente , y acepté elegi un cabello natural por qué no tengo mi cabello tinturado, por lo que les dije específicamente que tenía que ser algo natural y me dijeron que si había, pasando 1 día sentía molestias en el cuero cabelludo me dijeron que era normal , lo entendí , a los 2 se me empiezan a caer las extensiones, les pregunto y me dicen que es normal por qué es la primera vez que lo hago, pasa una semana me lavo mi cabello con shampoo y noto que el color de la extensiones eran mucho más claras , después otras personas me pregunta que me hice en el cabello ya las extensiones se veían prácticamente rojizas ! Me comunico con ellos para decirles y su respuesta es nosotros no devolvemos el dinero , es culpa de tu cabello que está maltratado y está saliendo nuevo cabello , algo que no tiene nada que ver con que ellos me hallan puesto un color de cabello diferente al mío , lo peor no pasó ni 1 semana y ya se me había caído casi la mitad de las extensiones, me tocó pagar al retirarlas (en otro lugar), ya que el resto de la extensiones estaba colgando de un hilo , me confirmaron que se había realizado una mala práctica y eso maltrató mi cabello natural, dejándome zonas debilitadas y con pérdida de cabello, y solo han pasado semanas de haberme hecho este trabajo 😢
Siento que se trató de una mala práctica que no solo afectó mi experiencia, sino también mi salud capilar. No recomendaría este servicio a nadie que valore el cuidado profesional y responsable de su cabello. Ojalá tomen esta crítica como una oportunidad de mejorar su técnica y ética de trabajo
Y algo más decepcionante es que el señor me dice tengo que clientas que pagan $5000 dólares y tú pagaste un servicio $1000 ? Ósea que $1000 no es dinero .. y por eso no puedo reclamar !que tristeza

Now let’s look at the color. Hair extensions are treated with chemicals that can react negatively with other chemicals, such as shampoo, salt water, or even chemical treatments used in pool water. Therefore, we recommend avoiding products with sulfates or chlorine.
Having clarified this, and considering you never mentioned it when filing your complaint, you state that “after washing your hair,” your extensions changed color. This could be 99.9% due to the shampoo you used. Although we were unaware of this, we offered to redo your color. This service is still available today.

8/5/25 Inquiry: The day you came to our salon for the first time, you came with your friend Veronica, and the person who greeted you was our manager. We asked him what happened that day, and he replied that when you arrived, they demanded something we couldn’t do: add more extensions over a bad application you had, which was impossible. We apologize if this seemed “aggressive.” At first, we didn’t know that your friend sitting next to you had applied the extensions incorrectly, as they were breaking your hair (our tweezers are calibrated to apply a specific pressure to prevent this from happening). While we were treating you and giving you our professional advice, you were constantly on your phone and asked us to give your friend the instructions. That day, we were very surprised to see that your hair had very short sections, something you couldn’t explain (until the day of the application, you mentioned the fight you had with another woman from Ecuador and that she was the one who ripped your hair out). Our recommendation was to install keratin tips (k-tips) based on your lifestyle and hair type. However, as you mentioned in your comment, you requested a specific technique: i-tips. We explained that it wasn’t the best option for your hair type because they were falling out faster than normal. You replied, “It’s okay if some fall out first. My friend Verónica can reattach them because she always comes to my house.”
8/725 Application:
On the day of the application, we were very clear with you from the beginning. We cleared up any misunderstandings. At that point, we gave you the option to cancel the application and receive a full refund (at that point, the extensions hadn’t yet been removed from their packaging and the application hadn’t been done).
Unfortunately, you assumed that removing the extensions your friend had applied incorrectly would be free. Of course, every time you visit a salon and request additional services, you’ll be charged for them.
At the end of the day, the application was professional and her hair looked better than ever.
