Before we talk about hair extensions, it’s essential to know that this is a luxury service, it’s an investment in yourself that requires both care and time.
Why We Do In-Person Consultations
We require an in-person consultation before your application appointment for a few important reasons:
Personalized Advice: Every head of hair is unique! At your consultation, you’ll meet with Marcia herself (a hair extensions expert who applies extensions daily). Marcia’s expertise is sought after, even in other states; similar experts charge at least $300 just for a consult.
Exclusive Access: We’re proud to offer complimentary consultations right here in Orlando, making it easy for you to get professional guidance and see our work in person.
Custom Plan: We’ll discuss your lifestyle, goals, favorite hair color, and ideal length, and answer all your questions. With over 45+ shades in stock (from 16” to 24”), we can often apply your extensions the very same day. Custom orders take just 8 days.
- If you live in another state or are too far to visit in person, we also offer convenient online consultations. You’ll get the same expert advice, personalized color matching, and a chance to discuss your goals with Marcia—all from the comfort of your home. Just let us know you’d like a virtual appointment, and we’ll guide you through every step, no matter where you are!
There’s no obligation to book your extensions after the consultation—but if you do, you’ll be amazed at the transformation!
How the Process Works (Step by Step)
Consultation: Meet with Marcia to discuss your vision and get color-matched.
Quote: After your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed quote in print and by email.
Booking: When you’re ready, we’ll send an invoice based on your quote. You’ll pay a 50% deposit in advance (the rest is due on your application day at the salon).
We’re open for appointments:
Tuesday to Friday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sundays and Mondays are reserved for classes and workshops, where you can learn from the experts how to apply hair extensions.
If you need a special appointment outside our regular hours, we can accommodate you for an additional fee:Artistic Director: $100 per hour
Elite Stylist: $75 per hour

Travel Services:
Want Marcia’s Looks but don’t live in Orlando? We can fly to your state for hair extension services. Contact us for details and travel arrangements!Scheduling: Once we receive your deposit, you can pick your date and time. Note: Big transformations may require more than one visit.
On Application Day
Getting Here:
If you live within 10 miles of Downtown Orlando, we can arrange a complimentary pick-up and drop-off.
Prefer to drive? We offer free on-site parking (valet parking on select days).
Your Experience:
Expect to spend several hours at the salon, so relax! We include complimentary snacks and drinks, yes, even mimosas, margaritas, or martinis (limit two alcoholic drinks per visit).
You’ll have access to a private bathroom stocked with personal care items for any emergency.
We’re surrounded by hundreds of restaurants with delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash, so you’re covered if you get hungry.
Your Service:
Your service includes a professional shampoo and blow-dry to prep your hair for a longer-lasting extension application.
The application itself is done with care, including breaks every hour to ensure everyone’s comfort.
Aftercare and Follow-Up
Your transformation doesn’t stop at the salon door! Here’s what happens next:
Follow-up and Complimentary Blow-Dry: We’ll book you for a complimentary blow-dry one week after your application to check your extensions and ensure everything is perfect.
Quick fix: When you’re new to hair extensions, it’s common to touch or play with the bonds, whether they’re adhesive, keratin, thread, beads, or another method. This can cause them to loosen or even fall out. That’s why, with every full application, we’ll replace up to 12 extensions at no extra cost.
Blow-Dry Packages: We offer a six-pack of blow-dry services that never expire and can even be shared with friends or family. Each time you come in for a blow-dry, we’ll check and maintain your extensions, so they always look and feel amazing.
- The VIP Maintenance package: After your first K-Tips application, gain exclusive access to our VIP Maintenance Program. This package includes three 90-day maintenance cycles, with professional reconditioning at each visit. On the final cycle, you receive brand-new K-Tips hair, matched to your original length, texture, and shade, keeping your extensions flawless year-round.
