Please take note of the following policies:

Appointments:
All appointments will be considered pre-booked to maintain efficient scheduling.

Basic Deposit:
A $25 deposit is mandatory for all appointments, without exceptions.
In case of conflicting bookings, the appointment will be honored for the client who made the deposit first.
All deposits will be applied towards the final amount of your service.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

Major Services Deposit:
A 50% deposit of the total amount is mandatory for major services requiring over three hours of labor. 

Consultations: 
A scheduled consultation like ours, with one of our associates for up to 30 minutes,
costs $100; this value is waived for all first-time customers.

Mandatory consultation:
A complimentary consultation is required before booking major services.

Service Updates:
Our associates have 24 business hours to review service requests and update the status accordingly.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Rescheduling or cancellations are permitted with 72 hours’ notice.

Children Policy:
Children are welcome with a babysitter.

Complimentary Drinks and Snacks:
Enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks during your visit,
with a maximum of two alcoholic beverages per visit.

Waiver Requirement:
All customers must sign a waiver before any service.

You must choose the big day very carefully, depending on how difficult it is to reach your goal, we will share a lot of time in the salon, so we must be free of schedule pressures, free of complications, and with the best attitude. Trust the process and soon you will have a new image to show the world.
