Important Information Before Booking
Deposit:
- Pre-Booking Deposit: All pre-booked appointments require a $25 deposit to be approved.
- Confirmation Timeline: Once your deposit is received, the associate will update the status of your appointment within 24 hours.
Cancellations or rescheduling:
- Standard Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Short-Notice Bookings: For appointments booked within 24 hours, a minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments or No Shows:
- No-Show Fee: If you miss your appointment or fail to show up, you may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service to the credit card on file.
- Courtesy to Other Clients: We value your time and that of other clients. Missed appointments prevent us from offering those times to others who could benefit.
Late arrival:
- Punctuality Matters: Please arrive on time to ensure we can provide the best service possible.
- 15-Minute Grace Period: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.

Appointment Changes:
You’ll receive an SMS notification if any changes are made to your appointment.
Pre-Appointment Waiver:
An SMS will be sent one hour before your appointment to remind you to complete the waiver.
Drinks & Snacks Service:
Thirty minutes after your appointment begins, you’ll receive an SMS to order your favorite drink and snack.
Aftercare Instructions:
Three hours into your appointment, you’ll receive an SMS with personalized aftercare tips for your hair.
Review Request:
Twenty-four hours after your appointment, you’ll get an SMS inviting you to leave a review. Completing it comes with a $25 reward for your next visit!
Feedback Survey:
Three days post-appointment, an email will be sent for you to share feedback through a survey about your experience.
