A licensed Marcia’s Looks professional trained to provide beautiful, professional hairstyling while following our service and quality standards.
Bridal hairstyling includes a personalized consultation, dry hairstyling, placement of the veil or one hair accessory and final finishing touches before our professional departs.
Shampoo and blow-dry preparation, hair extension services, additional accessories, major look changes and highly intricate styling may require additional time and fees.
Saturday, holiday and other high-demand on-location reservations require a minimum of three services per traveling professional. Custom minimums may apply for destination bookings.
A professional production kit fee of $75 per hairstylist, per day, applies to half-day and full-day bookings. Specialty products, wigs, hairpieces, extensions and custom materials are additional.
Commercial bookings may require a customized estimate based on the number of models, requested looks, hair preparation, location changes, production schedule and scope of creative direction.

Marcia’s Looks can travel with a carefully selected collection of MLKS Hair Extensions, giving clients and creative teams access to premium hair without visiting the salon first.
Our extension concierge may include selected shades, lengths, textures and application methods based on the consultation and the requirements of the event or production. This service is ideal for destination brides, VIP transformations, editorial work, photo shoots and productions requiring multiple hair options on location.

Inventory concierge pricing covers the professional selection, preparation, reservation, transportation and management of the hair brought to the location. It does not include hair purchased or extension application services.
Hair Extension Service Add-Ons
Styling hair with preinstalled extensions: +$50

MLKS temporary extension application: Starting at $100, plus hair
Permanent MLKS extension application: Regular application price plus a 20% on-location premium
Extension removal following a production or temporary transformation: Starting at $150

The price of the hair is determined by the selected method, length, texture, color and amount required.
Any hair that is opened, cut, colored, toned, taped, bonded, customized or installed is considered purchased and is nonrefundable. Unused inventory remains the property of Marcia’s Looks.
Destination Travel Arrangements
For services requiring air travel or an overnight stay, the client is responsible for the following arrangements and expenses:
Round-trip main-cabin airfare
Premium-economy seating for flights longer than four hours
One carry-on and one checked professional kit bag per traveler
Insured shipping or freight for high-value extension inventory when required
A private hotel room for every traveling professional
Accommodation at the event hotel or a comparable four-star property
Ground transportation, rental vehicle, parking, tolls and baggage fees
An $80 daily meal and incidental allowance per traveler
Our professionals must arrive at least one night before the scheduled service. Additional nights may be required for early start times, late completion times, international travel or transportation schedules that do not allow for a safe same-day return.
When a separate day is required exclusively for travel and no services are performed, a travel-day fee equal to 50% of the professional’s full-day production rate applies.
All estimated travel expenses must be paid before reservations are purchased. Travel purchases and nonrefundable expenses remain the client’s responsibility if the booking is canceled or rescheduled.
How to Reserve Your Experience
1. Tell Us About Your Event
Provide the date, location, occasion, number of people, desired looks and the professional level you prefer.
2. Complete Your Consultation
For hair extension bookings, we will review your current hair, desired length, color, texture and preferred transformation. Virtual consultations are available for destination clients.
3. Select Your Experience
Choose your professional, hairstyling services, extension inventory option and any extended on-site coverage.
4. Receive Your Custom Proposal
Your proposal will include professional services, hair purchases, inventory concierge fees, travel expenses and any applicable production requirements.
5. Reserve Your Date
A 50% nonrefundable retainer and signed service agreement are required to reserve the date and traveling team.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before weddings and destination events or 14 days before photo shoots and commercial productions.

Can I request a specific professional?
Yes. You may request your preferred professional level or a specific team member. Availability is not guaranteed until the agreement is signed and the retainer has been received.
Can you bring hair extensions to my wedding or photo shoot?
Yes. After a consultation, we can prepare a curated selection of MLKS Hair Extensions for final matching and application at your location. Inventory options depend on the number of clients, methods, shades, textures and lengths requested.
Is the price of the hair included in the inventory concierge fee?
No. The inventory concierge fee covers selecting, reserving, preparing and transporting the inventory. Any hair selected for installation or customization is purchased separately.
Can you bring the entire MLKS extension collection?
An expanded Mobile Hair Bar is available for qualifying productions, campaigns and VIP events. Because of the value and volume of the inventory, insured transportation, freight and security requirements are quoted separately.
Do you provide shampoo and blow-dry services on location?
Shampoo and blow-dry preparation may be added when the location has an appropriate shampoo area, reliable water access, electricity and sufficient preparation time. Otherwise, clients must arrive with clean, completely dry hair as instructed.
Do you stay for touch-ups or a second look?
Yes. Continued coverage can be reserved by the hour or through a half-day or full-day production rate. Additional looks must be included in the confirmed schedule.
How far in advance should I reserve?
We recommend reserving weddings and destination services as early as possible. Extension selections should be finalized at least 14 days before domestic travel and at least 30 days before international travel.
Are travel expenses refundable?
Travel purchases, freight charges and other nonrefundable expenses cannot be refunded once booked. Additional cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided in the service agreement.
