Commission Structure:
Performance + Loyalty Bonus
💼 Base Commission Tier
48% commission on total service revenue under $1,000/week
50% when revenue is between $1,000–$1,499/week
52% when revenue is between $1,500–$2,499/week
55% when revenue hits $2,500+/week
🌟 Loyalty Bonus System
Add a flexible reward layer that honors loyalty—without changing the core commission model.
🔁 Loyalty Perks Options:
Time-Based Loyalty Bump (Once Per Month)
Stylists with 1+ year at Marcia’s Looks and consistently good performance (low redos, good reviews, etc.) can receive a +2% bump once per month on a chosen week’s total—even if they didn’t hit a higher tier.
Ex: A loyal stylist only worked 2 days and made $700 that week → 48% + 2% = 50% that week as a thank-you for long-term contribution.
Quarterly Loyalty Review Bonus
Every 3 months, review total performance (attendance, education participation, quality, client reviews).
If qualified, issue a flat loyalty bonus (e.g., $150–$300) based on performance, not just sales.
Flex Week Option
Allow loyal stylists to declare 1 “Flex Week” per quarter where they’re guaranteed a 50% minimum commission, no matter the revenue earned. This provides stability without committing to constant high payouts.
