Marcia RC is a beauty industry expert and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience. Originally from Costa Rica, she built her career through dedication, innovation, and a passion for beauty. After working with major brands like Ulta Beauty, Marcia opened her own successful salon Marcia’s Looks Hair Studios located at the 1210 East Osceola Parkway, and now she is investing in a new venture in downtown Orlando. She is the founder of Marcia’s Looks, a luxury beauty salon offering top-tier services and exclusive original product lines.

Experience

• Founder & CEO, Marcia’s Looks (2024 – Present)
  Marcia is developing a new luxury beauty salon in downtown Orlando that will open by October 2024. This venture follows her successful business on Osceola Parkway, which she sold in 2024. The new salon, Marcia’s Looks, aims to elevate the client experience with a focus on high-quality services, including Marcia’s original product lines: the Human Hair Extensions (Tape-Ins, K-Tips, I-Tips and the new Finest Weft), The Radiance Collection (based on caviar essence) and The Aromatherapy Collection (featuring rosemary and mint).

• Salon Owner, Osceola Parkway Salon (2021 – 2024)
  After working at Ulta Beauty, Marcia opened her first salon on Osceola Parkway, where she built a loyal clientele and earned a reputation for excellent service and innovation. She successfully ran the salon for three years before selling it in 2024 to pursue her current project.

• Master Stylist, Ulta Beauty (2018 – 2021)
  Marcia started working as a single stylist at Ulta Beauty. By the second year, she reached the status of Master Stylist, where she stayed for three years, honing her skills and gaining valuable industry experience. Her time at Ulta solidified her knowledge of beauty trends, client management, and team leadership, which she carried into her own business ventures.

Education & Training
Marcia completed her studies in cosmetology in 2008, followed by advanced certifications in hair care, extensions, and salon management. She continuously seeks to expand her expertise through workshops, industry events, and training programs. All these programs will be available in the new salon for everyone.

Notable Achievements

• Launched one successful original product: the Human Hair Extensions with different application methods Tape-Ins, K-Tips, I-Tips, and the new Finest Weft, and now she is aiming for two new and ambitious lines based on the benefits for the hair, the Radiance Collection (Caviar essence)  and Aromatherapy Collection (Rosemary & Mint), offering unique hair care solutions.
