After-Hours Hair Appointments (Orlando)
We provide early morning, late evening, Sunday, and holiday appointments for clients who need flexibility or a more private salon experience.

After-Hours Service Fees
An additional hourly fee applies to appointments scheduled outside regular business hours:
- Artistic Director – $125
- Educator – $100
- Elite Hair Stylist – $75
- Master Hair Stylist – $50
- Junior Hair Stylist – $25
This applies to:
- Before opening hours
- After closing hours
Before & After Business Hours Assistant Policy
Any associate working before the salon’s opening hours or after closing hours is required to have a qualified assistant present.
A minimum assistant fee of $100 applies for up to 4 hours, with an additional $20 per hour for any time exceeding the initial 4 hours.
This requirement is mandatory and applies to all associates.
Sunday & Monday Salon Opening Fees
Exclusive Private Appointments Outside Regular Business Hours
At Marcia’s Looks Salon, Sundays and Mondays are reserved for professional education, private events, and exclusive bookings.
We understand that your schedule may require additional flexibility. For clients requesting appointments on days when the salon is normally closed, we offer private salon access, subject to professional availability and advance approval.
To accommodate these special appointments, the salon must be opened and staffed exclusively for your reservation.
Private Opening Fee Structure
Each off-day appointment includes two additional fees:
Stylist Opening Fee: Compensates your selected professional for attending an appointment outside their regular working schedule.
Required Salon Assistant Fee: Covers salon preparation, client assistance, operational support, and closing procedures.
Off-Day Open Fee
All opening fees are additional to the cost of your scheduled salon services.
Assistant Coverage & Additional Hours
The required $200 assistant fee includes up to four hours of salon support, including appointment preparation, client assistance, and closing procedures.
For appointments exceeding four hours, an additional assistant fee of $40 per hour applies.
Extended transformations, hair extension installations, bridal parties, and group reservations may require additional assistants. Any additional staffing requirements and associated charges will be communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
Holidays & Special Requests
Appointments requested on holidays or other dates outside regular business hours may follow the same opening fee structure or require a customized quote based on professional availability, staffing needs, and the services requested.
Off-Day Appointment Policy
All private appointments are subject to professional availability and advance confirmation.
Opening fees are charged separately from salon services and do not count toward the service price.
The required assistant fee covers the first four hours, with additional hourly charges for extended appointments.
Additional staffing fees may apply to complex or group reservations.
All applicable fees will be disclosed before your appointment is finalized.
