Responsibilities include:
- Assisting stylists during services
- Shampooing and blow-drying clients
- Preparing color and extension stations
- Maintaining salon cleanliness and organization
- Sanitizing tools and workstations
- Delivering exceptional customer service

Front Desk Concierge
Our Front Desk Concierge is the heart of the salon experience.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, and passionate about luxury customer service.
Responsibilities include:

- Managing phone calls, emails, and online bookings
- Processing payments
- Recommending retail products and services

Salon Host
The Salon Host helps create a welcoming, luxury atmosphere from the moment guests walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival
- Offering beverages and refreshments
- Assisting with guest comfort throughout their visit
- Keeping waiting areas clean and inviting
- Supporting the front desk team during busy hours
- Helping maintain the overall guest experience
A friendly personality and exceptional hospitality skills are essential.
Beverage Host / Bartender
Our Beverage Host enhances the luxury experience by serving complimentary beverages and refreshments to guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing coffee, tea, soft drinks, and specialty beverages
- Serving wine or champagne during approved salon events (where permitted by law)
- Maintaining the beverage station
- Monitoring inventory
- Keeping the hospitality area clean and organized
- Creating a welcoming, upscale environment
Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus.
Janitorial & Facilities Team
Our salon is known for its beautiful appearance, and our facilities team helps maintain that standard every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning treatment rooms and common areas
- Sanitizing restrooms
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Laundry and towel management
- Restocking supplies
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Assisting with opening and closing cleaning procedures
Attention to detail and pride in your work are essential.
Valet Driver
Our valet service provides guests with a convenient, luxury arrival experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests professionally
- Safely parking and retrieving vehicles
- Assisting guests entering and leaving the salon
- Maintaining an organized valet area
- Providing exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure
