VIP Maintenance Plan

The VIP Maintenance Plan is a structured hair extension maintenance program designed to help clients maintain beautiful, healthy, and seamless hair extensions year-round while receiving preferred VIP pricing and replacement hair benefits.

IMPORTANT:
The VIP Maintenance Plan does NOT include free future appointments.

All maintenance appointments remain paid services at the VIP discounted rate.

The VIP benefit includes:
• Discounted maintenance pricing
• Structured maintenance scheduling
• Eligibility for replacement hair during qualifying cycles
• Consistent blending and professional upkeep

HOW THE VIP PLAN WORKS

STEP 1 — Initial Installation
Your first appointment includes:
• Brand-new hair extensions
• Full installation
• Shampoo & blow-dry
• Aftercare essentials

The initial installation is NOT included in the VIP cycle pricing.

STEP 2 — VIP Rebonding Appointment
Within 90 days, the client returns for:
• Extension removal
• Shampoo & blow-dry
• Professional rebonding
• Reinstallation using the SAME hair

This is a PAID maintenance appointment at the VIP discounted rate.

STEP 3 — VIP Replacement Hair Appointment
Within the following 90-day cycle, the client returns for:
• Extension removal
• Shampoo & blow-dry
• Brand-new replacement hair install

This is ALSO a PAID maintenance appointment at the VIP discounted rate.

Clients who remain active in the VIP cycle may qualify for replacement hair in the:
• same extension method,
• same inches,
• same texture,
• and a similar stock category as the original install.

Replacement hair benefits are subject to salon inventory and stock availability.

CUSTOM CHANGES & UPGRADES

Requests for:
• different lengths,
• different textures,
• different methods,
• specialty colors,
• extra density,
• or custom orders

may require additional fees and/or additional processing time.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN VIP PRICING

VIP pricing includes:
• Removal
• Shampoo
• Blow-dry
• Reinstallation labor

Flat iron or curling styling is not included unless added separately.

VIP PRICING

VIP Maintenance Pricing:
• Single Bonds: $12 per extension
• Micro Bonds: $9 per extension

Standard Pricing:
• Single Bonds: $15 per extension
• Micro Bonds: $11 per extension

VIP REQUIREMENTS

To maintain VIP benefits:
• appointments must stay within the required timeline,
• the original extension method must remain the same,
• and maintenance visits cannot be skipped.

Failure to maintain the VIP cycle may:
• void replacement hair eligibility,
• revert pricing to standard rates,
• or require a new installation appointment.

VIP Maintenance Plan Hair-Swap Disclaimer

As part of the VIP Maintenance Plan, we will replace eligible extension hair with new hair during the designated hair-swap appointment. By accepting this benefit, the client understands and agrees that the removed hair will not be returned.

Whenever suitable, the collected hair may be cleaned and repurposed to create wigs, toppers, or other hair solutions supporting the charitable work of the Marcia’s Looks Foundation. It may also be used for educational demonstrations and professional training purposes.

By participating in the VIP hair-swap benefit, you consent to the donation and repurposing of the removed hair.
