On this page, you can request a complimentary consultation or a service with our team.
- Complimentary Consultations:
Attend your scheduled appointment, and we’ll waive the $100 consultation fee and refund your full $50 deposit to your original payment method.
A $50 booking deposit is required for services under 3 hours of labor.
A $100 booking deposit is required for services over 3 hours of labor.
For services over 4 hours or costing more than $500, we require a 50% deposit.
We will email you an invoice for the remaining deposit balance, deducting your initial payment, to complete the required 50% deposit.
Once your request is submitted, a reservation will be created in our system.
The appointment status will initially appear as “Processing.”
Our associate will review your request and update its status within 24 hours.

Cancellation & Reservation Policy
At Marcia’s Looks Salon, every service is thoughtfully reserved and customized specifically for you. To ensure we can continue providing an exceptional experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask for the following courtesy:
You may cancel or reschedule services without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for regular reservations or at least 4 hours’ notice for same-day reservations.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect for the time our artists reserve exclusively for your experience. Your courtesy allows us to continue providing exceptional service while accommodating other guests awaiting availability.
