Before moving to the United States (2016), Marcia studied for nearly seven years at the Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje in Costa Rica, where she built a solid foundation for her career.
She went on to open her own salon, which quickly earned the title of Best Salon in San Jose, Costa Rica.
After relocating to the U.S., Marcia worked at Ulta Beauty at The Loop on Osceola Parkway (2018), where she achieved the position of Master Stylist in a record time of just two and a half years.

Following the pandemic, Marcia opened her first U.S. salon at 1210 East Osceola Parkway (2021).
Under her leadership, the salon garnered over 250 five-star reviews in just two years and four months, becoming a local favorite.
By March 2024, Marcia sold this location and decided to expand her vision to Downtown Orlando.
Today, she proudly operates her new salon at 925 West Central Boulevard, which is already celebrated as Orlando’s New Favorite Hair Salon.
It is a testament to her resilience, innovation, and unwavering dedication to excellence.
